Because , every once on a blue moon, all you want is a Ham and cheese SAMMICH!!! I gave into this because I probably haven’t had one on months maybe a year…but I found this EUREAKA “Seeds the Day” Organic bread with flax, pumpkin , poppy, sunflower seeds , millet and so much more healthy stuff! I added hummus as my spread instead of mayo 1 slice of NATURAL BLENDS Sargent sharp cheddar jack cheese Fresh cut tomato, Spinach leaves & Thin sliced Canadian ham Enjoyed a few baby carrots & a handful of seedless red grapes Washed down with almond milk.. This was dinner for me tonight while the hubs is at a business meeting. . I’m OK with it and love that I give into my craving and still make it healthy!
