I created a new smoothie recipe and it’s awesome! I call it my Nutty PBC Spice shake! I make sure I have this stuff every day! I actually have fun getting in the kitchen creating new flavors! It’s already packed full of all the nutrition my body needs ,so I know I will stay healthy, my vitals in check and I love what it does for weight management! It’s the Health part that I am really excited about though! Every day for almost 4 1/2 years…it’s made a big different in my life because of what it’s done for my health …Here is my recipe: 10 oz cashew milk 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp cinnamon 1/8 of an avocado ( for creaminess) 1 TBSP of coconut- Peanut butter 1 packet of Vanilla shakeology Ice to taste A full days worth of nutrition!
