I know for most of you your day would not be complete without seeing my breakfast! Lol Can you eat clean and still have a mult grain waffle and french toast for breakfast?…at my house you can!!! But you know you will be getting a real kick- butt training session soon after, too! Haha I kept this clean by cooking in coconut oil, use pure maple syrup instead of regular syrup and topped it with berries , walnuts & cinnamon! Happy weekend, folks!!!
