I like to wake up to a rainbow of health…one of my favorite breakfasts right here I enjoy making. Veggie egg scramble topped with sliced avocado and served up with camtsloupe and strawberries Have a little lean protein with very meal plus sone healthy fats & complex carbs This keeps blood glucose levels stable , gives you brain power for mental clarity and promotes optimal energy and satiation for hours. Not to mention helps with weight management! Now who doesn’t want all of that?! “Eat like your life depends on it…. Because IT DOES!”
