If yiu are going to put super foods in your body; might as well put a cape on it and call them a Super Hero! This is was saves my body every day! Today I added my Boosts to my recipe: 5 Oz cashew milk 5oz cold coffee 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1/4 avocado ( for creaminess ) 1 scoop of chocolate vegan Ice to taste for thickness Raspberries for garnish and because they make me giggle! ! Heehee!
