I’m feeling like it’s gonna be an Egg-cellant day! One way I like to get my veggies in for the day is start first thing in the morning . Just add them to your eggs! Things like: Spinach Mushrooms Onion tomatoes Red or green peppers are all.great options! .with a side of whole nut-grain seeded toast and a slice of fruit like cantaloupe, makes for the complete breakfast as well as feeling full and satisfied for hours! Start your day off “Ruling it” with a great healthy meal!!!
