Im proving that AGE is just a number!. So what number is it that you want your body to believe? Because it’s in your daily activities and what you put in your body nutritionally, that turns the clock back! I know you would love to think that just walking will get the job done. Maybe for the first 2-3 weeks going from couch to floor …but then , if you truly want change , you have to change it up and add strength , flexibility and balance, to age slowly , reduce the chance of injury and enjoy vitality! No , no one starts HERE! You get here by taking baby steps doing “More” everyday!!! Don’t age by DEFAULT!.instead , Challenge it, every day!!!
