It’s not about Eating Less.and going hungry..yes , you can plateau from eating too little or even overeating good whole foods. The focus should also be about Eating Right and the right amount at every meal. But regardless , whole food will never leave you feeling hungry ..because it’s nutrient dense …it carries you further! This was my lunch today ! Tuna & hummus on seeded nut bread with avocado , spinach & tomato …it was incredible!.I stayed full and satisfied all afternoon!
