One thing I have learned over the years as a Certified Personal trainer with a certification in fitness nutrition is you can not out train a bad diet. Nutrition will be 80% of your results. Getting the right balance of fruit , vegetables , fiber , protein , carbohydrates , healthy fats and a full days worth of all your multivitamins is key toward the right results and long term health . I simply love when it’s all done for you and simplified!
