Sunday morning wholegrain Almond Butter French Toast With cinnamon, bananas & almond slices Because I will be doing strength training later today! As long as you keep it clean and stay within the realms of whole food…it’s OK if you are lifting weights …it’s called Carb Loading. Don’t do this if you are just doing cardio all the time or are sedentary … Weight gain and plateaus come from eating the wrong things on the wrong days, being sedentary or just doing cardio.
