I hate to be the barer of bads news but if you want to be a healthy fit grandma and look like you have turned back the clock and age slowly ,we have to change what we use to do! Get determined and change things up. Also , we have to eat differently then we did before …eat for.the phase of life you are in… Know the difference of both exercise & nutrition if you are wanting to feel a new sense of vitality and see body compostion change from this point forward!

A perfect little portion control snack when you sweet tooth needs to be silenced! BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP MINI MUFFIN BITES 1 egg 1 banana 1 TBSP vanilla extract 1/4 tsp salt 3 TBSP Honey. 1/2 peanut butter ◇place everything in a blender and mix well. ◇ distribute to a bowl and add 1/2 mini chocolate chips & stir in ◇ PREHEAT OVEN TO 400 ◇ SPRAY a mini muffin tin with oil ◇.use an ice cream scooper to measure and fill ◇BAKE 7-9.MIN … MAKE 24 SMALL.MINIS OR 12 LARGER MINIS ( which may require a couple of extra minutes, but just check them to see if the center is done) ♡I enjoyed mine with cashew milk..which is only 25 calores per.8 oz
