When you are dealing with stress, having a tough day , need an emotional reset…try this! Get out of a mental funk by putting on your favorite jams snd just let loose! one thing I have learned is, it’s just not possible to feel down or depressed when you are listening or singing to music that makes you SMILE or is connected HAPPY memory’s. Every one should do this during those tough times!!! I call it HAPPY THERAPY! Be responsible for your BLISS…and just break out in song and dance when LIFE tries to steal your JOY!
